Dodgeball Campfire: Flames Before Games

Just to hang out and catch up before we get back into the routine of giving each other bruises and hitting new people in the face.

What to bring
Bring chairs/blankets, bug spray, a headlamp, beverage. A big bag to carry things in a single trip.

Friday May 23rd. I'm going to try to arrive ~6:30, when parking is easier, but show up whenever you'd like. The canyon closes at 10:00.

Note this means I'll have no service after 6:30 so hit me up before that if you need something.

Where to go
Church Fork Picnic Area, in Millcreek Canyon, 2.3 miles past the toll booth on the left side of the road. It's just above where Camp Tracy ends, and just below the Millcreek Inn. Map links are below. Here's an Apple Maps link, a link for google maps, and even an OpenStreetMap link. You won't have phone service up there so know where you're going ahead of time.

I'll pick a firepit easy to find but you'll have to walk the paved road til you spot us (the road goes way up). Look for this luminary and neon safety sash hanging in a tree. Sorry it's so creepy looking. Open to better ideas plz!

Cost
There's a $5/car fee on your way out of the canyon (cash not accepted). So pile into cars if you don't want to support your local canyon preservation.
